Lemonade with Maple Syrup
Lemonade is so quick and inexpensive to make yourself, that there’s no reason to purchase it bottled! I love this version that uses maple syrup instead of sugar. You may want to warm the syrup on the stove first, but be careful not to burn it or you’ll alter the taste. If maple isn’t your favorite flavor, you can replace it with simple syrup in the same amount
Ingredients
- 6-8 lemons
- 7 cups water
- ¾ cup maple syrup
Directions
Juice the lemons into a large bowl or carafe and then add water. Stir in the maple syrup and sip. Relaxation in a glass.

I am anxious to try your twist with the maple syrup I have three Myres lemon trees and the lemons are just about ready to pick! Cheers Richard
