Want to be the fabulous holiday host to your loved ones, all chic and cultured and culinarily gifted, but don’t think you have the time to play Betty Crocker in the middle of the busiest time of the year?
Me too! Here’s my go at it. When Domaine asked me to guest-contribute, I immediately knew what I wanted to share – I presented this menu at the Scoula at Eataly, Joe Bastianich and Mario Batali’s world-renowned Manhattan food emporium, with delectable results and not a nibble or crumb spared. Best part? This menu is fool-proof. If you’re doing a dinner party this winter, these are the dishes that will keep your guests talking (and drooling) long after they leave your table.
